Our Rates 2026

Yurt prices are listed below, to make your booking please contact Lyndy.  Our yurts can sleep a family of up to six with children up to the age of 16, or four adults.  For insurance purposes anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 25 when staying in a yurt or bell tent.  Please bring your TOWELS and a TORCH when staying with us.

*Please note we have a minimum 2 night stay policy when booking a Saturday.

Bedding included in yurt prices as follows:

Prices shown for two people assume sharing a double bed.  If two separate beds are needed there will be an extra charge of €15.

Prices shown for three people include bedding for a double bed and a single bed or a travel cot.  If an extra single mattress with bedding is required there will be an extra charge of €15.

Prices shown for four people include bedding for a double bed, a single bed and a single mattress (or one single bed and a travel cot).

Prices shown for five or six people include bedding as for four.  We provide camping mats for up to two more children, for whom you would bring bedding or sleeping bags/pillows.  Travel cot bedding can be provided free for this option if you are also having bedding for two singles.

** €10 SUPPLEMENT CHARGE TO BE ADDED TO A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT.

WHEN THE JUNE BANK HOLIDAY FALLS IN MAY, HIGH SEASON RATES APPLY

The following weekends have a three night minimum stay in a yurt or bell tent:

All Bank Holidays including Easter and Story Telling weekend (first weekend in September)

We have three, 5M bell tents, 2 standard and one with it’s own decking. These are available to book from June 1st until the first weekend in September

Each bell tent can sleep a family of up to six, or four adults. For insurance purposes, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 25 when staying in a bell tent (or yurt). We have a minimum 2 night stay policy on all bell tent bookings.

Please note, prices after 1/2 people are for children. Any adults (over 17) are charged at €20 per night. Eg 4 adults, 2 nights would be €260 (standard bell tent)

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• Luggage collection/drop off from/to the harbour
• Double bed with bedding
• Two x 14cm foam mattresses and two x 7cm self inflating mats with under sheets only PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING YOUR OWN SLEEPING BAGS/PILLOWS
• Mats, rugs, cushions, snuggle blankets, own picnic bench
• Sheltered cooking area with gas hobs, microwave, kettle and toaster
• Pots, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, communal cool boxes
• Communal yurt with tables & chairs, electric sockets for phone/device charging, fridge/freezer*, books and games

* These are for everyone’s use, NO ALCOHOL to be kept in fridge as small children on site

Camping on site is €16 per adult, €6 per child/baby per night, all to be pre-booked.  Included is luggage pick up/drop off to ferry, a sheltered cooking area with gas hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, selection of crockery, pans, cutlery for campers to use and a cool box with ice packs*. Wash up area with washing up liquid, sponges, cloths, tea towels. Communal yurt with tables & chairs, electric sockets for phone/device charging, fridge*, books and games. Separate ladies and men’s toilet/shower blocks

ALL CAMPERS MUST BE BOOKED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Please note, as we have limited availability during high season, you will be charged for the number of people/nights originally booked unless we can cover the booking. (Changes to your booking can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival)

If you don’t fancy bringing your own tent, we have a 3M bell tent available for hire this summer. Suitable for 2 people. It comes with 2 single, 7cm self inflating mats, so please ensure you bring your own sleeping bags etc. Price per night €45

‘Cook-your-own’ breakfast packs are available, please order one per person as needed when booking your stay.  They are comprised of (per person) one free range egg, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 pork sausages, beans, and 1 tomato.  Orange juice, butter and homemade bread.

Dogs are more than welcome to join your family holiday. We charge €20 per yurt/bell tent (no charge for own tent). Please ensure you have your dogs bedding, clean up after them and do not leave them alone on the campsite or in yurts/bell tents. (there is a dog friendly pub/restaurant on the island)
